📱 In-App Chat Support (Recommended)
The easiest way to contact support is through in-app chat:
- Open the DoseDay GLP-1 Tracker app
- Go to Settings
- Tap Contact Us
- Start a support chat
In-app chat may include helpful app, device, account, and support-session details so we can troubleshoot more efficiently. It does not automatically include your health values, medication notes, reports, or Apple Health records.
