These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the DoseDay GLP-1 Tracker mobile application ("App") operated by Fitura AI, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. By using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Service Description and License
Fitura AI provides tools for wellness, routine tracking, and personal organization. We grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, revocable license to use the App for personal, non‑commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
Health Disclaimer
The App is for informational and routine‑tracking purposes only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek professional medical advice for health‑related decisions. Do not rely on the App in emergencies.
AI‑generated wellness tips (see below) are subject to the same limitations: they are not medical advice and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical guidance.
Support communications — including chat, email, automated support, or AI-assisted support — are also for App-related assistance only and do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, emergency assistance, or clinical decision-making.
GLP-1 Readiness Mode
The App includes a GLP-1 Readiness Mode feature available to users who are considering or have been prescribed a GLP-1 medication but have not yet started. By using Readiness Mode, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Personal organization only. Readiness Mode is for personal organization and preparation. It helps you build a baseline, organize questions for your clinician, track coverage steps, and create a patient-entered Readiness Summary. It is not a clinical tool.
- Not medical advice. DoseDay does not provide medical advice through Readiness Mode or any other feature. Nothing in Readiness Mode constitutes a diagnosis, treatment recommendation, or clinical assessment.
- No determination of appropriateness. DoseDay does not determine whether GLP-1 medications are appropriate for you. That determination must be made by a licensed clinician.
- No prescribing or treatment recommendations. DoseDay does not prescribe medications, recommend specific drugs or doses, or advise on injection technique. Do not use the App to make prescribing or dosing decisions.
- No insurance or coverage determinations. DoseDay does not determine whether your insurance covers GLP-1 medications, whether prior authorization will be approved, or whether any appeal will succeed. Coverage and access checklists are for personal tracking only.
- No free text or sensitive data collection. Readiness Mode does not collect open-ended notes, insurance member IDs, group numbers, insurance card images, diagnosis codes, or medication history in the Readiness path.
- Readiness Summary is patient-entered. The Readiness Summary PDF you can export contains only information you entered or selected. It is not a clinical summary, a prior authorization package, or a document prepared or validated by DoseDay. You are responsible for reviewing it before sharing.
- Consult professionals. Always consult your licensed clinician, pharmacist, and insurer for decisions about medication, coverage, dosing, and treatment. Readiness Mode is a supplement to, not a substitute for, professional guidance.
- Free feature. Readiness Mode is available at no cost. No subscription is required to use any Readiness Mode feature, including Readiness Summary export.
- No AI in Readiness Mode. Readiness Mode does not use AI to generate content, recommendations, or guidance. AI-powered wellness tips are a separate feature available only in the active regimen tracking path.
- Local storage, no account required. Readiness Mode / Starting Plan can be used before creating a DoseDay tracking account. Readiness data is stored locally on your device and encrypted at rest. DoseDay cannot view or recover local-only Readiness data.
- Data loss risk. If you delete the app or delete your local Readiness Plan, that data may be permanently lost and cannot be recovered by DoseDay.
- Active tracking transition. If you choose to start active tracking, DoseDay will create or use a secure tracking account and store active tracking data in your selected data region. You may be asked whether to copy your local starting snapshot into active tracking history. If you skip that step, the local snapshot is not carried into active tracking.
AI-Generated Content
The App offers optional AI‑powered wellness tips ("Tips") with a limited number of free daily generations. Pro subscribers receive a higher daily limit. By using this feature, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Not Medical Advice: Tips are generated by an artificial intelligence model and are for general wellness information only. They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations.
- Data Sent to AI Provider: When you request a tip, a minimized summary of recent App data and, where enabled, Apple Health-derived data is sent to our AI service provider (Anthropic) via our server‑side Cloud Functions. We do not send your name, email address, Firebase UID, device identifier, free‑text notes, or full daily records to the AI provider.
- AI Provider Data Use: Our AI provider processes these requests according to its commercial/API terms. We do not permit the AI provider to use your data to train its models.
- Accuracy Not Guaranteed: AI‑generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or not applicable to your specific situation. You should not rely on Tips as a substitute for professional advice.
- Rate Limits: Tip generation is subject to rate limits. Excessive or abusive use may result in temporary restrictions.
Support and Communications
We may provide support through in-app chat, email, help articles, automated tools, AI-assisted tools, or other support channels. Support availability, response times, and available channels may vary.
Support is intended for App use, account, billing navigation, technical, troubleshooting, and general product questions. Support does not include medical advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, emergency assistance, or clinical decision-making.
Support communications may be processed by our support providers and service providers to help us respond to requests, troubleshoot issues, maintain records, improve support quality, and send support-related notifications.
AI-assisted support tools, if used, are separate from AI-generated wellness tips and are intended only to help route, summarize, or respond to support requests. They are not medical advice.
Account, Authentication, and Termination
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and device. You may delete your data or your account in Settings → Privacy & Data. Account deletion removes your App data and associated Firebase records, subject to limited operational logs and legal obligations. We also request deletion of the associated Mixpanel analytics profile where supported. RevenueCat subscription records and support chat histories are deleted where supported and technically available, within 30 days.
For users who have not started active tracking, deleting the local Readiness Plan removes local-only Readiness data from the device but does not involve Firebase account deletion, because a tracking account may not yet exist. Delete local Readiness Plan, Delete My Data, and Delete My Account are three distinct actions with different scopes.
Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription; you must cancel it through Apple or Google to avoid future charges.
Subscriptions and Billing
- Subscriptions and purchases are managed through Apple and Google stores.
- Auto‑renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal.
- Refunds: Must be requested through Apple or Google. Fitura AI cannot issue refunds directly.
- Subscription status and entitlements are managed by RevenueCat.
Regional Data Residency
- The App automatically determines your data region based on your device's country code upon first use.
- EU region users: Data is stored in Firebase's
eur3 (EU multi-region) with Cloud Functions in europe-west1.
- US region users: Data is stored in Firebase's
nam5 (US multi-region) with Cloud Functions in us-central1.
- Your assigned region is persistent and does not change automatically. Region changes require contacting support and involve a one-way data migration.
- Crash diagnostics (Crashlytics) may be collected in supported builds to maintain reliability and security. Crash diagnostics collection may vary by region and build configuration.
- Local Readiness / Starting Plan data remains on your device and is not routed to regional Firestore storage unless you start active tracking or use a cloud-connected feature. The EU/US regional configuration above applies to cloud-backed active tracking data.

We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties. Review their respective terms and privacy policies.
Arbitration and Class Action Waiver
Any dispute or claim related to these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) or JAMS.
- Arbitration may be conducted remotely or in Delaware.
- You and Fitura AI agree to bring claims only on an individual basis and waive any right to class or representative actions.
- Either party may bring qualifying claims in small‑claims court.
Nothing in these Terms limits any non‑waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer protection, data protection, app store, or local law. The arbitration and class action waiver provisions apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Fitura AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically, including to reflect changes to features, support channels, service providers, or legal requirements. Significant changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
